Kathryn Simmonds lives in Norwich in the East of England with her husband, two daughters and two mischievous guinea pigs. In addition to accident-prone bears, she has written about a shy sunflower seed (Be My Brave Sunflower) and a peace-loving bee (Trouble at the Bug Hotel). She likes visiting the beach, eating cake and reading funny poems. Alison Brown studied Fine Art at Liverpool and then became a graphic designer. She has been illustrating for the past six years, and has illustrated many much-loved books including You Make Me Happy and the Little Owl series by Debi Gliori. Alison was brought up in Bangor, Northern Ireland, but she now lives in Leeds. |
